Melissa Foster is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with 11 years of experience working in the field. In 2015, Melissa began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), primarily providing services in the home setting. In 2017, she began working in the school and clinic settings as well. 

In 2018, Melissa began her journey towards becoming a BCBA and started her M.S. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2019, she graduated and began supervising RBTs in all settings. During this time, she gained case management experience, attending IEP meetings for her clients in schools, and learning how to collaborate with all service providers and various classroom placements and settings. In 2021, Melissa became a BCBA, and has continued providing supervision across all settings.
